Proto v2 update

• Fixed issue where users couldnt change name / material
• Fixed some issues with enemies not appearing for anyone who wasn't host. (needs testing)
• Lowered gunshot sounds
• Added volume slider to settings menu
• Added an announcement for when players change their name.  

Still lots of minor issues with the prototype, very incomplete as a game.  But I'm moving on to my next project soon.
