Extract the downloaded zip and run AquaBiota.exe
We've been having issues with the .zip being falsely picked up by anti virus software and have provided .rar and .7z alternatives, as well as an uncompressed zip.
For clarity I've uploaded the original zip to VirusTotal here: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/e73774f63a215c94140678d598882930fea890182928... where no anti virus software detected anything wrong with it. This seems to just be an issue with Windows Defender at the moment.
